These collimators are designed to connect onto the end of an FC/PC or SMA905 connector and contain an AR-coated aspheric lens. The distance between the aspheric lens and the tip of the FC-terminated fiber can be adjusted to compensate for the focal length changes or to recollimate the beam at different wavelength and/or different distance of interest.

Beam expander
A beam expander is one kind of optical system designed to increase the beam diameter of a beam. In most cases, the term is taken to mean a telescope designed to take a small-diameter input collimated beam and produce a larger diameter collimated output beam, thus reduce the divergence of the beam. The beam expander consists of a negative input lens ans a positive output lens. the expansion factor is a ratio of the focal length of the two lenses.
