1.Do you accept Purchase Order?

A: Yes, we accept P.O. from US public & private universities, research institutions, government agencies, hospitals, laboratories, astronomy organizations and other established companies.

2.Where are your lasers shipped from?

A: Our lasers are shipped from Utah, USA.

3.Will you provide a tracking number for my order?

A: Yes, we will E-mail you the tracking number of your order as soon as it's available.

4.What are my payment options?

A: We accept checks, money orders, wire transfers and payments from all major Credit Card and debit cards.  

5.How will I know if my order went through?

A: Confirmation email will be sent after receiving of P.O. or payment. If you haven't got confirmation E-mail after 3 business days ( it's not likely to happen), please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to confirm your order.  

6.Is there a return policy?

7.What's the warranty period of all your products?

A:12 months for laser power measuring instruments and bench top lasers, 6 months for OEM laser modules and hand held lasers.

8.Are your lasers legal to be sold in the United States?

A: All our laser products for sale in the United States are FDA certified. Class IIIb and Class IV (output power >5mW) laser products sold by Opto Engine LLC have their own unique FDA accession numbers and comply with FDA safety requirements.  

9.Do your lasers come with controllers and power supplies?

A: Yes, Our bench top lasers are equipped with power supplies and controllers if applicable.  

10.Which shipping company will my order be shipped?

A: All of our products are shipped by FedEx. If you wish to use your own shipping account to expedite the shipment, we will do.
